Timber casement windows are manufactured in the Clifton Joinery workshop to meet exact client specifications. They meet all the appropriate British Standards and can also be manufactured to meet BFRC A-rated approval.
Casement windows are available in a choice of Idigbo, Red Grandis, Accoya or European Oak solid hardwoods. They have traditional weights, cords and pulleys.
The windows are manufactured using traditional wedged mortice and tenon joints and finished with three coats of microporous paint, in a colour of the client’s choice. They are fully draught-proofed.
Additional design options include curved or square heads, traditional flush or stormproof designs, double or single glazing, butt or friction hinges and extended sills. Mouldings are made to client specification or to match existing mouldings and a choice of ironmongery is also offered and traditional stays and fasteners or modern shoot bolt locking
Windows can also be incorporated into security systems if required.
