Aquaflow ML® permeable block paving is ideal for roads and heavy duty applications. It can be laid by hand or machine.
Aquaflow ML® paving consists of an interlocking block with a top, bottom and edge block with a 80mm depth.
Where blocks are laid by machine modules of 0.65m2 are laid in one pass. Laying rates of over 600m2 per day have been readily achieved with a three man crew.
Aquafow ML® provides drainage through vertical channels and will allow water through the surface at a rate of approximately 9000mm per hour (9000 litres per m2.
The Inbitex® geotextile beneath the laying course will allow approximately 4500 litres per m2 per hour through and this figure should be used for design purposes.
