ELGA Process Water, part of Veolia Water, specialise in providing process water systems and service for a wide range of manufacturing processes that deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions.

With over 80 year’s experience, we provide water treatment equipment and service to over 4000 clients in the UK. Using proven technologies such as Actiflo clarification, filtration, reverse osmosis, Ion exchange and continuous electro-deionisation, ELGA’s water treatment plant produces process water suitable for applications including boilers, rinsing, product blending and analytical labs.

Emergency Mobile Equipment

In an emergency, ELGA’s Aquamove division can have a mobile asset on the road to a customer site within a couple of hours. Upon arrival, an Aquamove technician will make the connections and put the unit into service. In addition, our mobile water solutions (short to long term hire) can provide an independent supply of process water as back up during plant shutdown or if you require increased capacity for additional production demand.

ELGA’s service

Our service and maintenance agreements ‘AQUAservice’ offer flexible options which can include regular visits, as well as parts or consumables replacements. We offer a 24/7 service call-out telephone line for urgent matters with guaranteed engineer- to- site times of 24, 8 or 4 hours.

Refurbishment and upgrades

ELGA can provide refurbishment and upgrades to existing plant, extending its useful life, whilst improving running costs and ease of operation.

We offer free carbon and water footprint assessments of your water treatment system, which can help you to reduce your energy and water consumption and more importantly, save money.
