Realstone

Realstone is one of the largest suppliers of natural stone in the UK and has three sites: Head Office and Works - Chesterfield, Scottish Office and works - Glasgow and Cumbria Works - Penrith. Realstones sister company Blockstone operates 8 quarries throughout the UK; seven sandstone and one limestone.
At each production site stone is carefully prepared to the highest standards depending on destination, demand and production capacity. All three sites have the ability to carry out banker masonry work up to the most complex of designs. Early consultation is vital to achieve a smooth and value-engineered project, large or small.
Control is centralised in Chesterfield for major works, however, good local communication is encouraged and orders are processed locally for customers in the area of each plant.
Whether it is a few heads sills and quoins for a local builder or a major supply contract for a city centre development all customers are valued equally.
Their production capability includes primary, secondary and profiling saws as well as lathes and masonry facilities. Site visits are encouraged.
