Concrete paving flags provide a relatively low cost alternative to natural stone surfacing. Different finishes – textured, weathered, ground and polished – and different constituent materials, such as granite or Yorkstone aggregates, can be specified to suit particular architectural environments.

Commercial paving flags are suitable for paved surface areas subject to heavy pedestrian or vehicle traffic, such as town centre pavements, pedestrianised shopping precincts, business parks, and other public meeting spaces.

Fibre-reinforced and steel-reinforced pavers are especially robust and resilient. They prevent slabs from cracking or warping when damaged by impact or severe weather conditions.

Domestic paving flags are laid in conventional series or in more elaborate pattern arrangements for traditional paths and patios or creative and contemporary garden landscapes.

Flagstones can be specified along with matching kerbs and block pavers to make co-ordinated paved surfaces in residential or commercial developments.
